OPEC+ producers keep November output unchanged
Iraq joined six other major exporters in agreeing to maintain production levels for November.
Iraq joined Saudi Arabia, Russia, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman in an agreement to keep production unchanged for November. The decision came as the oil market remained heavily affected by regional conflict and constrained shipping.
For Iraq, stable output policy does not remove the operational challenge of moving barrels to market. Export-route reliability and realised selling prices will remain as important as the formal production target.
